Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items

- Hygiene-related products
- Used or damaged toys not due to our error
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@peekabooplaynlearn.com with your order number.
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label (if applicable).
- Package your item securely and ship it back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right—either with a replacement or a refund.
